Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the B&T San Luis Spray Foam Insulation website and any estimate or insulation work you ask us for. By using the site, calling us or booking a job, you agree to them, so please read them before you schedule.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work through it. You can still reach us on our contact page with any questions first.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in San Luis, AZ. We install spray foam, blown-in and other insulation, seal air gaps, put down vapor barriers and remove old insulation for homes and businesses in San Luis and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our about page.

The descriptions on this site explain our work in general terms. The exact work on your house is what's written in your estimate or job agreement, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different and we only know the details once we've looked.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates with no obligation to hire us. Your estimate lists the work, the materials and the price for your job, based on what we can see during the visit.

Prices on an estimate hold for the period written on it. If we open up an area and find something the visit couldn't show, like soaked or contaminated old insulation, we'll stop, explain it and get your approval before doing extra work or charging more.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you, and we'll let you know as soon as we can if weather, material delays or an earlier job pushes it back. You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas and to clear stored items from the attic, crawl space or rooms we're working in.

Some materials, especially spray foam, need you, your family and your pets to stay out of the house for a set time. We'll tell you the re-entry time, meaning when it's safe to come back inside, before the job starts, and you agree to follow it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (928) 550-6036 as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or set up for your job, your written agreement says what, if anything, you owe for them.

Payment

Payment terms for your job, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are set out in your estimate or job agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled. We'll talk with you before taking any further step to collect.

Warranties and what they don't cover

We're licensed and insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something about our workmanship isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it.

Materials carry their maker's own warranty, and we'll pass along those details for your job. Beyond the guarantee and any warranty written into your agreement, the site and our services are provided as they are, without other promises. We can't promise a particular drop in your power bill or room temperature, because that depends on your house, your cooling and heating equipment and how you use them.

Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, later work by others, or changes made to the insulation after we leave.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Arizona law allows, B&T San Luis Spray Foam Insulation isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of a room or lost income, that come from our services or your use of this site. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the job the claim is about.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with any part of our work or billing, call us or reach us through our contact page first. Most problems get fixed fastest with a conversation and a return visit, and we'll work with you in good faith to sort it out.

If we can't settle it together, either side may take the matter to the courts in Yuma County, Arizona.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

The website

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but it's general information about insulation and not advice for your specific house. Your estimate is what counts for your job.

The text and photos on this site belong to us, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here applies from the day it's posted. Work already under a signed agreement stays under the terms in that agreement.

You can always find the current terms linked from our home page.
